  • The first step to becoming a Certified Level 1 CSS Intro Facilitator.

Do you prefer learning in person? While Elaine Alec no longer hosts quarterly CSS Train the Trainer programs, she remains available for:

  • Private Trainings: Organizations can request a session if they fill 5 or more seats.

  • Regional Public Trainings: When 5 participants from one area commit, Elaine will open the session publicly for others to join.

Step 1: Sign Up for the Waitlist

Step 2: Complete Your Training

  • Kajabi Self-Paced Course participants will gain access to the 10-hour training in Spring 2025.

  • In-person participants will be notified when training dates are confirmed for their region.

Step 3: Certification

  • After completing your training, you’ll submit your self-assessment and sign the CSS Facilitator Values and Agreement to earn your certification as a Level 1 CSS Intro Facilitator.

Step 4: Maintain Your Certification

  • Participate in the Annual CSS Facilitator Training to stay certified and continue your journey through Advanced and Master levels.

In-Person Training

  • Yes! While Elaine Alec has paused quarterly Train the Trainer programs, she is available for:

    • Private Trainings: For organizations with at least 5 participants.

    • Regional Public Trainings: If 5 participants from one area commit, the session will open to others publicly.

  • Sign up using the In-Person Training Waitlist Form on this page. Specify whether it’s for a private or regional training.

Application Process

  • You’ll need to:

    1. Join the waitlist for the Kajabi Self-Paced Course or in-person training.

    2. Complete an application form when a space becomes available.

    3. Purchase the Kajabi Self-Paced Course or confirm your spot in the in-person session.

  • The form will assess your readiness and alignment with CSS principles. It includes questions about:

    • Your experience with the CSS framework (e.g., Intro Training).

    • Your motivation for joining the program.

    • Your ability to regulate yourself and align with CSS values.

Fees and Certification Maintenance

    • Kajabi Self-Paced Course: $3,000 CAD (early registration) or $4,000 CAD (regular price).

    • Annual CSS Facilitator Training Fee:

      • 2025: $50 (Level 1) or $250 (Levels 2 & 3).

      • 2026: $100 (Level 1) or $500 (Levels 2 & 3).

  • This is a required fee to maintain certification, participate in the Annual CSS Facilitator Training (live or recorded), and access updated resources and community support.

Advancing Through Certification Levels

    • Level 2 (Advanced Facilitator): Deliver 2 presentations or trainings, complete the application form, and pay the $500 fee.

    • Level 3 (Master Facilitator): Have 2 years of CSS experience, deliver 4 presentations or training, and complete the application form.

  • Facilitators gain access to:

    • The CSS Facilitator Handbook, scoping templates, and decision-making tools.

    • Monthly calls for mentorship and updates.

    • Discounts on additional training and resources.
