Lisa is a White woman of privilege who lives, works, and plays on stolen Treaty 6 territory, the traditional territory of the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Ojibwe, and the Metis people.
Her background is diverse but her passions carry a common theme which is rooted in human rights and social justice. She strives to create change and shift perspectives within individuals, families, communities, corporations, and beyond. Extensive corporate experience provides her the insight to walk the fine line between merging business interests with foundational practices designed to embrace diversity, inclusion, and equality. Extensive personal development experience provides her the insight to help guide individuals to a greater degree of self-awareness and confidence. In addition, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in both psychology and sociology and plan to continue her academic career by attending graduate school.
Lisa specializes in CSS Training for corporate and small business, as well as smaller groups of individuals looking to build self-awareness and confidence in inclusion and anti-racist conversations.
She is currently accepting new clients who are interested in incorporating Cultivating Safe Spaces into their workplace or community.
