Ashton is Tsilhqot'in (Chilcotin) from Tl'etinqox (Anaham Reserve). Ashton brings with her several years of facilitation experience from working for her own community; Ashton also has a Masters Degree in Leadership and is the owner of Ashton Lacey Consulting. Ashton is passionate about policy development, decolonizing existing policies, and indigenizing spaces, places, and processes.
