I am a passionate communications professional and a member of the Poundmaker Cree Nation. I recognize and acknowledge that I am in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.

As a people-centered business professional, artist, and mindfullness-practitioner I have extensive experience in strategic communications, public speaking, special event planning, and entrepreneurship.

My heart is happiest when sharing the Cree teachings of my Aunties that I have been reclaiming as a 60's Scooper. I live and work every day with the sacred knowledge that we are all beings of light. In whatever industry or stage of life, it is your birthright to shine.
